The sun is finally out and the humidity down - perfect weather for a riverside family picnic and game of boules.
Today was a special one for our family. My daughter graduated with Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and Bachelor of Government and International Relations degrees. Having been told she wouldn't get a ceremony due to a certain pandemic, today was extra precious to us. She wore her great grandfather's robe, also worn by my husband and I at our graduations.
I've been eating keto for about 5 months now, less a few weeks for Christmas and holidays. This week I've whipped up these keto chai donuts, using a muffin recipe. There's no need to feel like I'm missing out, after all. For the Chai flavour, I blitzed the @brackendaletea vanilla chai from my tea advent calendar and added it to the mix.
We just got back from a week in Adelaide and Port Lincoln, at the bottom of South Australia. It's only my second visit to SA, the first being for wine tasting in the Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions.
